MSSN Pays Sallah Visit to Patrons

The new leadership of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria, MSSN, Bauchi Area Unit has been challenged to take the society’s constitution as an important and sacrosanct document by all the members of the society.
The District Head of Bauchi, Nuru Adamu Jumba (Chiroman Bauchi), made this challenge while receiving the new Executive Members of the Society at his palace on a Sallah Visit.
The Chiroma emphasizes on the need for the MSSN members to respect individuals’ views and must learn to see themselves as brothers and sisters united for a common purpose, and who must come to terms with the African proverb that ” a family tie is like tree , it can bend, but it cannot break.
Nuru Adamu, also urges the new leadership of the MSSN, to be transparent in its financial dealings and keep the societal needs ahead of their financial interest.
He then expresses his pleasure over the visit , pray for the successful completion of the new executive tenure and promises to be with MSSN at every step on its way to greater successes.
Earlier, the Ameer of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria, MSSN, Bauchi Area Unit, Dr Hamid Adamu Muhammad, said that they were at the District Head’s palace to pay a Sallah Visit and also to introduce the new Executive Members of the Society.
Dr. Hamid Adamu, appreciates the contributions given to MSSN at all levels by the Traditional Ruler, particularly at last year’s National IVC, and prays for Allah to guide him on his mantle of leadership.
Similarly, the MSSN paid a similar visit to its three other Patrons, that includes
Dr. A’isha Usman Mahmoud, Prof. Ibrahim Muhammad Dajuma, former DVC Academics, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and Engineer Ahmad Yusuf ,former gubernatorial candidate and also former Ameer, MSSN, Bauchi Area Unit.
In their separate remarks, all the Patrons visited, describe MSSN as a Society for all, hence the need for it to be consistent, accommodative, and mainly focus on the main objectives behind the establishment of the Society.
In his remarks, the Ameer of the Society, Dr. Hamid Adamu Muhammad says the aim of the visit was to intimate the Patrons on the progress made so far, and also to introduce the new executive of the society to them.
Dr. Hamid Adamu, adds that for the Society to move forward, all the mandates of MSSN need to be supported by the Patrons.
